As a parent, you may choose to learn some parenting tips.  You will also be kept up to date with the skills your child or teen is learning and receive updates on your child or teen’s progress throughout therapy.

All of our psychologists practice what we teach clients. We try to catch our negative thoughts, as often as we can, and use our Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tools.
