Our ADHD Skills Group is made for teens who want to get better at managing ADHD in their daily life. Led by Dr. Paolo Mazzonetto, Psy.D., C.Psych., an experienced clinician, these sessions are designed to help you learn practical tools that actually work.

Each session is structured to be interactive and hands-on. We start by checking in on the previous week—what worked, what was tricky—and then introduce new strategies you can practice. You’ll have time to try things out during the session, plus a small take-home activity to help you keep building your skills throughout the week.

Over 5 weeks, you’ll learn key skills like:

  • Time Management – making the most of your day

  • Prioritization – focusing on what really matters

  • Organization – keeping your space and tasks under control

  • Planning – setting yourself up for success

All of this happens in a supportive group of peers who get it, so you can practice, ask questions, and grow your skills in a friendly environment. By the end of the program, you’ll have real strategies to help you succeed at school, at home, and in your personal projects.

Insurance Coverage: Your private health insurance plan may cover this group. Please check with your provider for details.
