These free 2-hour workshops are very popular because you can start using concrete tools immediately after each workshop. We enjoy running the workshops and are pleased to offer these no cost, convenient options to our community as our part to help address wellness during the pandemic. We are also pleased that 95% of our clients rate our wellness workshops as extremely useful on our client satisfaction surveys.
To make attendance as stress free as possible, our workshops are held in the evening and on Saturdays.
