Are you feeling heavy hearted or “blah”?

Are you not enjoying your life or not looking forward to anything?

Is your motivation down and you feel like withdrawing from friends?

It may feel as if there is a wall between you and others.

A particular situation may be making you sad such as difficulties with a colleague or a friend, a break-up or the loss of a loved one. You may be sad because of a serious illness or chronic pain or believe you have post-partum depression. Alternatively, you may not be able to point to a particular event that is upsetting you.
