Meditations

Mindfulness meditation helps you live mindfully in your daily life.  Just as you would practice scales if you were learning to play piano, or practice lay-up shots for a game of a basketball, you will need to practice meditating each day to raise your self-awareness and help you remain mindfully present throughout the day.
