With all the flowers in bloom, what better time to spring back into your life? To help you wake up into the present moment, we will guide you through meditations and create a space of silence for you at the beautiful Gairloch Gardens. Participants with all experience levels of meditation are welcome. You do not need to have any experience in meditation to attend. We will guide you through your day of silence.
