Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation for Adults

This workshop will provide an introduction to mindfulness meditation. The definition and history of mindfulness will be provided, some of the research will be presented and you will be guided through a few mindfulness meditation practices. You will be given resources and guidance on how to start a meditation practice on your own time.
