Fall Awakening: An All-Day Mindfulness Meditation Silent Retreat

9:30 am to 4:30 pm

This all-day silent retreat is a gift of awakening to yourself as you will nourish yourself in the beautiful fall colours. We will guide you through meditations and create a space of silence for you at the beautiful Gairloch Gardens. Participants with all levels of meditation experience are welcome to attend this day of meditation and yoga stress reduction. You do not need to have any experience in meditation to attend. We will guide you through your day of silence. 99% of the participants are extremely satisfied with this all-day retreat.
