Teen Anxiety Group
Teens will learn ways to reduce their anxiety in a supportive environment of other teens. Our psychologists will provide many concrete and practical tools for worrying, social anxiety, and other fears. We will help teens rebuild their confidence, learn to assert themselves and teach some helpful social skills too.
Our next group will be run on Thursdays from 4 to 5 pm on the following dates:
